for the city's finances and records. Mr. Bastien was born
in Santa Monica, CA, and soon moved to DuQuoin in 1960.

Shockley is the deputy treasurer at the city clerk's office.
She takes care of the money the city receives and gives.
She pays accounts payable, and she also checks with insurance
companies on various issues. She also makes sure the city's
budget comes out correctly. Born in Dyger, Tennessee,
Ann moved to DuQuoin after marrying her husband.

Showalter is the receptionist at the city clerk's office.
She answers the phone and waits on all the customers everyday.
Jenylle was born and raised in DuQuoin.

Mr.
Spencer is the Public Works director at the city. He is
also the recycling coordinator and the zoning administrator.
Mr. Spencer was born in Cole Camp, MO and has lived in
DuQuoin for the past 39 years.
